be healthy, be happy

Assalamu'alaikum readers :D

for the past 2 weeks aku nda exercise. malas attack. Alhamdulillah this week aku kembali do my weekly exercise. alright. this time aku bukan mau cerita pasal rutin senaman ku. 

i would like to share with you 8 healthy exercise tips for your heart. credit to heart.com



if you sayang your heart, rajin lah bersenam selalu. p/s: a reminder for myself, too.

1) do aerobic for 30 minutes a day. you can do this at home. pasang lagu and goyang your pinggul flawlessly :p

2) do moderate-intensity exercises like swimming and jogging on considerate time basis.

3) if you don't have time to do that, spare yourself 5-10 minutes (several times a day) to do house chores like vacuuming, kemas barang2 lama, clean up pet's cage or litter box. or even brisk walk sekeliling rumah for a number of rounds.

4) if you aktif ikut kelas exercise or aerobic, then amalkan 3 days a week for 20 minutes a day. bukannya setiap hari pun ^^

5) anyone that got limited mobility or with chronic conditions, you still can do less intense exercises. follow your doctor's advice.

6) strength training. it is good to increase stamina. aerobic is one example.

7) practice balance exercises like walking heal-to-toe, standing on one foot, or standing up and sitting down without using your hands.

8) do stretching exercises twice a week for 10 minutes a day to improve your flexibility.
